WHEREOur premier clinics take place at the Double Horn Ranch. GPS and Google maps may not take you to the Double Horn, so please follow these directions: •Take Highway 377 South of Granbury to Bluff Dale. •1 mile past the Bluff Dale Post Office, turn right on FM 1188. •Our gate is 2 1/2 miles on the left.WHENOctober 2-5, 2025Check in: Thursday October 2 after 4 pm (Pizza will be provided with a meeting immediately following) Start Time: Friday Morning October 3rd, 8 am BreakfastREGISTERContact 254-728-3082 or doublehornd@lipan.net COST The cost of this clinic is $1550.00 and includes lodging plus three gourmet meals served each day beginning with breakfast on Friday and ending with lunch on Sunday. Please plan to arrive Thursday evening (October 2, 2025)Participating riders are responsible for bringing hay, grain and/or supplements for their horse. Clinic fees are based on one horse, one rider. Individual situations may vary, so please contact our office prior to your arrival. There is an additional $250 charge for bringing an extra horse. Guests bringing non-participating individuals will result in an additional cost of $450 per person. There is limited space for non-participants, so please make a reservation with the office first.HORSE ACCOMMODATIONS First class individual, large pipe horse corrals with automatic water, loafing sheds, and hay feeders will keep your horse happy during his stay. Participants are responsible for providing their own feed and hay and the feeding of their horses. Our Double Horn crew will provide daily maintenance of all corrals and pens.ACCOMODATIONSHistoric 120 year-old log cabins have been completely restored for your comfort. Cabins are heated, air-conditioned and comfortably furnished with adequate space for the shared use of our guests. Full restrooms are easily accessible a few short steps from each cabin, via the “1896” Texas cabin, restored to perfection with its covered porches, stone floors, and large cypress showers. Centrally located and easily accessible from all cabins, this stand alone building is divided into two private sections, providing men and women participants a separate restroom and shower. Private accommodations are limited and reserved for couples, so you should expect to share with other clinic attendees.
