COST
The cost of this clinic is $1995.00 and includes lodging plus a hearty home cooked breakfast in the cook shack each
day. Lunch and dinner are not provided. Participants have the option of purchasing meals at nearby diners.
Participating riders are responsible for bringing hay, grain and/or supplements for their horse. Clinic fees are based on
one horse, one rider. Individual situations may vary, so please contact our office prior to your arrival. There is an
additional $250 charge for bringing an extra horse.
Guests bringing non-participating individuals will result in an additional cost of $450 per person. There is limited space
for non-participants, so please make a reservation with the office first.
HORSE ACCOMMODATIONS
First class individual, large pipe horse corrals with automatic water, loafing sheds, and hay feeders will keep your horse
happy during his stay. Participants are responsible for providing their own feed and hay and the feeding of their horses.
Our Double Horn crew will provide daily maintenance of all corrals and pens.
ACCOMODATIONS
Historic 120 year-old log cabins have been completely restored for your comfort. Cabins are heated, air-conditioned
and comfortably furnished with adequate space for the shared use of our guests.
Full restrooms are easily accessible a few short steps from each cabin, via the “1896” Texas cabin, restored to
perfection with its covered porches, stone floors, and large cypress showers. Centrally located and easily accessible
from all cabins, this stand alone building is divided into two private sections, providing men and women participants a
separate restroom and shower.
Private accommodations are limited and reserved for couples, so you should expect to share with other clinic
attendees.
